Women Development Cell

Welcome to the Women Development Cell (WDC) of our college, which is dedicated to promoting gender equality and empowering women. The WDC is a safe and inclusive space for all women on campus, and it provides a range of programs and initiatives aimed at supporting their personal and professional development.
At the WDC, we believe that every woman has the right to live a life free from discrimination, harassment, and violence. We work tirelessly to create a campus culture that is respectful, inclusive, and supportive of women’s rights.

Our programs and initiatives are designed to provide women with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to overcome the challenges they face and achieve their full potential. We offer workshops, seminars, and training programs on a range of topics, including self-defence, leadership, and career development.
We also provide counselling services and support to women who have experienced discrimination, harassment, or violence. Our team of trained professionals is available to listen, provide guidance, and offer solutions to help women overcome these challenges and move forward with their lives.

The WDC is run by a team of dedicated faculty members, staff members, and student leaders who are committed to promoting gender equality and empowering women. We believe that a strong and supportive community is essential for achieving our goals, and we encourage all women on campus to get involved and become a part of our community.

So, come join us at the WDC, and be a part of a vibrant and supportive community that is dedicated to promoting gender equality and empowering women.
