“I have been up against tough competition all my life. I wouldn’t know how to get along without it”……Walt Disney.
The above quote allured and cajoled our students to express their ideas through color and form. As Aristotle believed, to bring any change we must train young minds. So was the idea for this competition and we got an overwhelming response.
“If one good deed in all my life I did, I do repent it from my very soul.” ― William Shakespeare
Students have learnt and understood the meaning of the said quote by organizing a street play on Aids awareness at Malad station. This left the bystanders smirking as the actors managed to raise a very important question “does a handshake or a hug or meal with your friend lead you to AIDS”? With the help of innovative songs, actions and dialogues, the response from the audience at such a rabbled place was incredible.
Paper & cloth bags distribution
This eco-friendly event was undertaken by the students enthusiastically. 500 bags were crafted by our students who also took keen interest in the generous act of distributing it free of cost near Malad Station to small shops, pedestrians and school students. A step towards the war against stopping the usage of plastic bags inspired the people.
