College Social Responsibility Activity: Khadi revives, Farmer survives
As a part of our community and social outreach initiative and in the effort to provide a fillip to Khadi and handloom industry, our college organized a 3-day exhibition in the college campus. Each student took it as their social responsibility to buy at least one product to promote Khadi.
Khadi which is hand-woven and also hand-spun has now become popular with college goers and youngsters are coming forward to buy more Khadi products. The journey has just begun by a positive sunshine and will be carried forwarded throughout the year to bring Khadi back in vogue among the young generation.
